Blue Sky is the grand tour to top gear- the same ingredients but somehow not quite as good. LinkedIn a more polished opportunity but less fun. I am sad to see twitter become what it is, but perhaps it was inevitable 🤔

every year- with mergers, closures or retirements. Social media has gotten louder- if the crowd disagrees they shout far more. I worry about my tweets being representative of the business they’re often associated with- more often than not better to say nothing just in case

Twitter has become a very odd space in the last few months. Previously my feed would be full of buses, people at companies showing off their hard work or people I’d met at young bus managers demonstrating the good, bad and often hard work side of the industry.

@Sanelis83084682 704 usually operates a private contract, though last week was in for service for a couple of days, it usually doesn’t see scheduled work. There are brighter things ahead though…

@thomasmanship Love the changes @thomasmanship and I am glad the 42 is extended to Dunstable, gives them a proper connection to Flitiwck and Bedford! Also any news on 704 as its not been seen sadly for a while

New times ⏰ new routes ✔️ and improvements to services across Bedfordshire- September is looking like the busiest month yet!

It’s been busy at work preparing for service changes as well as the challenges that come with buses! On Sunday we had a GP Family Day out to Wicksteed Park- everyone had a great time in the sunshine 🌞 My parents came down too- Mum not keen to drive the bus home though..

217 was the first bus in the 2016 colours at work, so it’s fitting that it gets to be the first bus in the 2025 colour scheme. Usually found on service 42 or 73, it’s back in time for the schools in September
