Performance pays. 💰 NFL players earned $542M+ in Performance-Based Pay for the 2025 season — a collectively bargained benefit negotiated by our union that rewards player members for the snaps they play and impact they make. For the first time ever, the top 25 payouts all topped $1M, with CB Nahshon Wright leading the way at $1.44M — more than doubling his salary. Since the program’s inception in 2002, nearly $3.3B has been paid to players.

Trains planes and automobiles. Uber to airport. Cancelled flight to London. Taxi back home. Sleep. Uber to airport again. Flight to Atlanta. Next flight to Manchester, a few hours of sleep. Train to Manchester Piccadilly. 2nd train to Lincolnshire. Getting picked up by my brother in the next few hours. As I sit on this train, I’m in awe of the beautiful English country side. I think this is my 33rd visit to England in my almost 40 years of life. I love this place. Im honored to have a family legacy, one filled with risks taken, that have ultimately changed the course of my life. Growing up, it always felt like nothing would change between visits, a true constant in my life. But as I moved into adulthood, the reality can’t be ignored.
