Terrariums will replace Homeland, but they won’t replace the role of Lands in Atia’s Legacy. That means Lands could soon have two utilities inside the @AxieInfinity ecosystem. Here’s what we know so far about Terrariums 👇 • They become the core hub of Axie Core • Axies will be sent to passive tasks to earn AXP • Only Land NFTs generate AXP for Axies • Free non-NFT plots will exist, but without AXP rewards • Higher rarity Lands may allow more active Axies The loop also seems much more passive and relaxed compared to Homeland. Rewards remain a big open question: • Daily $mAXS rewards will stay • Unknown if tiers keep the same values • Unknown what happens with Moonfalls (359 $AXS/day) • Unknown what happens with the Homeland leaderboard (~560 $AXS weekly) Delegations and scholarships are another open topic. @SkyMavisHQ already said these models can be harmful for the ecosystem, so a redesign seems likely. Another interesting change announced today 🗺️ The map will be fully reworked, more like an RPG/MMO world with biomes and locations grouping Lands by type. Example → Forest Lands grouped in forest regions. So Terrariums could become the true hub for Axie assets. Which raises a bigger question for Land holders. Do you think Terrariums will be: • Just a patch to move past Homeland • Or the foundation for the game Lands were always meant to see. Evening web3 strangers! I had a busy day irl so missed a lot of things happening. But decided to reflect a bit on my journey here so far! On the 25th of January I bought my first NFT on @opensea (Talk about coming late huh? Wish my GF would tell me that for once... But well that's another story). So we are nearing the 2 month mark, and I've learned so much about NFT's and how Block-chain works a bit. But what I understood by the love I received from the @CyberKongz this space isn't about chasing money or fast flips. It's really about communities! It's kinda crazy to think that I found a web3-fam so fast, and I'm so eager to learn what more this space will bring. I'm slowly compiling a list of communities that I want to join. Just one by one, maybe it'll take a year, maybe it'll take weeks? I don't know. But I honestly believe that sticking to good communities is the key to succes! #lateeveningtoughts #nfts #web3newbie
