@stradivarius Understand this but when you’re purchasing Christmas presents retailers are normally flexible with this policy. Seems this isn’t the case with yourselves and as such will shop elsewhere in future.

I’ve got a trip to Manchester coming up next month. Driving my EV for 4 hours and 45 minutes will only need a 14 minute stop. Given you’re meant to stop every 2 hours this shows that public charging does not add any additional time or inconvenience to your journey

@TfL How about cancelling lost / stolen cards? I have one with a negative value due it being used when I was unable to cancel the card due to options being unavailable 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

@TfL Still being used… If only I had the ability to cancel the card, but @TfL oystercard site still doesn’t work and telephone lines, well that’s just waiting forever.. Managed to view history but that’s about it 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

@TfL lost oystercard yesterday and seems someone is still using this… How can I cancel / transfer (although probably not much left on card now) as online website and mobile app still unable to provide this option due to cyber incident from earlier this year 🤷‍♂️

Great to see so many customers and ex-colleagues at today’s @eucforumuk Accidentally dropped my Oystercard at the event and luckily it was found - by someone else who decided to use it themselves rather than hand-in. Oh well, at least I was able to provide some value today 🤷‍♂️
