We are shocked and disappointed to hear that someone on our team abused internal customer support tools to look up user wallets. We have removed access to these tools and will continue to investigate and hold the offending parties responsible. This does not represent us as a team, we have always tried to put the user first. As CEO of Axiom, I want to directly address the recent incident. First, I’m sorry for the concern and uncertainty this situation may have caused. We take trust extremely seriously. To be clear: user wallets — past and present — were not compromised and remain secure. At no point were private keys exposed or funds at risk. An individual acted in violation of our internal policies. Their access has been immediately revoked, and we have implemented additional safeguards to prevent this from happening again. We are conducting a full internal review and will continue to communicate transparently as we move forward.

Honestly maybe the reason BNB flipped Solana is because pumpfun is such a shit platform. I've talked to support like 10 times about this and yet it hasnt been fixed. The ban reason is always because of "Pre-recorded content". Somehow they determine its pre-recorded despite me actively reading every comment and interacting with chat! I do believe pumpfun had and has the potential to become a mainstream streaming platform but not in this state. They've lost every mainstream streamer who wanted to switch to pumpfun because the site is so shit and plagued with spam bots and just the worst support imaginable. @a1lon9
