Its crucial that founders stay tapped into everything that is happening in your community and that also means following Discord channels religiously even when they can get impossible to track. I'm at the point where I check every ticket I can and try reply to every user to help expedite any issues or just listen to their feedback. Im giving everyone who asks personal walkthroughs on our roadmap and spending time to understand why they are excited about what we're doing/what they would change. It doesn't scale and that is the point. I've learnt a lot in the past few years building in this space and I dont expect that to stop. The most important learning is community is literally EVERYTHING. Personal relationships go much further. Be approachable. Without the community nothing matters. Makes me even happier when we can help resolve problems and show our partners why we are here for the long-term I've not always been so tapped in, there's been times where im travelling or just lost deep into product, fighting fires or dealing with other biz initiatives that you can lose touch. It happens. 20 mins a day is enough to stay connected. We're solving some big problems with @KorProtocol and my days fluctuate between speaking to multi-billion dollar rights holders, platforms that reach millions of users, connecting with investors and understanding what is happening with the community. I love it.
