My peak was 1,000 push in under 45 minutes doing 50 clips, these days im at a pretty bad number. But I can get it back in a month and half 1st 2 photos is full dedication working out with weights 3rd is 1.75months of calisthenics & no lean dedication & me now, gravity & posture is why I looked so skinny there but I’ve always been more of the bruce lee body (Chinese Connection Era) type that I would try to look for with a bit more muscle mass but the lean is what I want, im not a tall guy and at times depending on mental state & physical activity my body appearance could fluctuate from looking skinny to looking solid and packed with muscle but I’ve never gotten to that brolic jacked state because that’s not what I wanted. I need to feel agile and flexible with free movement, I like being able to wipe my ass, ya dig?
