@Olacabs and @ola_supports I recently went through a ride where a driver was using a fake ola like app to charge more. Wanted to talk to support to report the issue but looks like all ways to call support have been removed. What's a way to call support?

Wondering why @MyntraSupport people refuse to share their full names when they know your full name. When the intention of the company is to pull a fraud every policy is designed accordingly. Still waiting for my call.

Myntra refund policy is so useless and shoddy that it has been 6 days and I have not received my money. For the past 6 days the customer care people have been saying the same thing that you should wait for 24 hours. @myntra

@SandipBiswas007 @myntra @MyntraSupport Myntra is not going to refund anything. The general tone is that of scammers. When I told them this is a scam, support staff quite literally said, we have taken your money, are not going to return it but what you are saying is true, it is a scam but there is nothing they can do.

Fraud by @myntra first they send damaged products, then they take the product back and charge a platform fee. The person took pics of damaged product. Now @MyntraSupport claims that picture is internal and cannot be shared. Scammers of the highest level. #boycottmyntra.

@GyanTherapy Seeing a trend of Myntra scams where even @MyntraSupport is admitting on call that @myntra is doing scams but there is nothing they can do about it. Please do let me know if you can cover this. Happy to share all evidences with you.

@Manjri_Bhosle @MyntraSupport @myntra @Myntra_CC Similar case for me. They charged me a fees to take damaged products back and are now claiming the products are not damaged despite of having pictures of the damage. Please add to #boycottmyntra hashtag if possible.

Another support lady called me from @MyntraSupport to tell me that the charge is small and I should just let it go. The general tone is everyone agrees that this is a scam @myntra is pulling but can't do anything about it. #boycottmyntra

@MyntraSupport No response. The person who called was just interested in twisting the facts and somehow closing the ticket. Makes me think that the scam is indeed planned and #boycottmyntra is legit. Happy to talk if someone cares but as the support staff himself said over a call, no one does.

My first return. @myntra charged platform fee for returning a torn and defective blazer. Both people I talked to at @MyntraSupport agree that is is a scam being pulled by Myntra and I should not be charged for returning defective products. Have the call recording. Help?

@MyntraSupport The intention clearly seems cheating here. The person who called seemed to suggest that money cannot be refunded even if the merchandize is defective. He clearly has the picture that delivery guy had uploaded but refused to share that as internal data. I am happy to talk.

@MyntraSupport So your solution was to claim that the product was not even damaged? It was filed as a damaged return. The person took a picture and now you claim the picture is internal Myntra information and cannot be shared? Shameful. Scam of the highest level.
