@Arcfunmi I don’t think that guy is a proper builder , Builders are not designers and never will be. We are project managers and construction managers . Because I took 2 design courses in Uni that year in no way qualifies me to design .

What happened between Architects and Builders yesterday is one of the reasons you shouldn't post your working drawings publicly here or share your finished floor plans.
