In our view the new government's employment plans will be another dagger in the heart of small pubs, retail outlets and other local services, and will lead to greatly reduced opportunities for school leavers.

The biggest problem that small businesses have with government policy is the government's definition of "small business". They think that a business employing 240 staff is a small business - in our world that is a huge business.
