With support from @APC_News, last week we held a webinar with over 30 women journalists, women human rights defenders and women leaders to disseminate research findings, share training materials, and resources developed in our new report, “Spyware and Digital Surveillance targeting women in Uganda”, under the Doc It & Reclaim the Net: Women Human Rights Defenders Rising Against Spyware and Digital Surveillance project. The webinar provided a platform for peer learning, collective reflection, solidarity, and collaborative action among stakeholders working on digital rights, online safety, and gender justice.
