@ThredUp I am going to need you to make it make sense, part 3… Go to All Women’s, category - tops, style - t shirt, sleeve length - short sleeve 17 short sleeve t shirts, 17? Odd… so new search all women’s this time I type short sleeve t shirt into the search bar 14,509 t shirts that’s 15,492 more than the filter bar found. I am not done new search type short sleeve tee shirts into the search bar 18,106 results. Now ai can understand the discrepancy between t shirt and tee shirt in the search bar different spellings that makes sense. What doesn’t make a lick of sense is the 18,089 discrepancy between the search bar and the filter search. Make it make sense, please 🙏

@ThredUp I shop your site often and I often come across items listed as a "flawed gem". I would like to suggest these gems have a photo and description of the flaw so that the customer can decide if they can mend it. Also a separate category listed as flawed gems that put them all together under one search might be interesting as well. The last suggestion I will make is that you shouldn't charge quite as much as you do for a flawed gem. The customer is taking a gamble and regardless of the value of the item new, a flawed gem is a risk of completely wasting money since most are final sale items.
