@SweetTeePlz Same thing happened to me. I have a hunch their employees keep those items for themselves when they claim an item has been recycled.

I wasn’t familiar with ThredUp policy, I gave them brand new stuff and they didn’t end up putting in my listing so it’s going to be recycled or donated. Never tf again, I could’ve gotten commission had I took it to a local consignment shop

@Delta your overall handling of flights yesterday at ATL was atrocious. Your employees deserve mad props for everything they were doing, but whatever algorithm you’re using to decide delays vs cancels needs to be reviewed.
