Last week SCOTUS heard the case about Trump's policy barring asylum seekers at the border. All indications were that the justices are going to sign off on it. Losing the two biggest cases isn't great, but that's hardly a sign Trump's "grip" on the court is slipping.

I still think it’s hilarious that with the birthright citizenship MAGA has become living constitutionalists (this is a problem they didn’t consider in 1868!) and lefties have become plain meaning/originalist types.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio gives an excellent explanation on why the U.S. needed to strike Iran It's less than 2 minutes and is worth the watch

Republicans Must Oppose This Unconstitutional War: President Trump repeatedly campaigned on a platform of 'America First.' dlvr.it/TRqC59

Right-wing stooge posing as a “reporter” has never heard of services expanding, new programs being launched, or costs going up due to inflation. Suggest he subscribe to our press release list to learn more about how the Governor is delivering for Californians.

A significant proportion of the people who poo-poo the rule of law are under the delusion that they would fare well in its absence.

White/ Europeans don't have children because they can't afford to support them. Migrants have children because White/ Europeans support them. If we didn’t fund migrants we could reduce taxes & afford to have kids again. Remigration now!

FUN FACT: “Checks and balances” don’t truly exist unless the judicial branch can also be checked and balanced.

Classic “asylum seeker” here. In such danger and peril that she’s going to wait until Trump leaves office to try to get into the US. 95%+ of the migrants we interviewed at the border from 2021-2024 openly admitted on camera they wanted work/a better life. That’s not asylum.
