@wil_da_beast630 1) @wil_da_beast630 , what do you think of the idea of a new land give away. Same criteria, but federal lands(oil leases) would be given to black households (not individuals). This would make up for being left out of the move west and take care of wealth gap in most cases.-

@liz_churchill10 @randyupton33 Dems will say, “then those not on welfare can stay”. Why don’t they just say they all go. Starting with violent criminals, then all others. Stop creating loopholes for Dems

The US is a republic, not just a democracy & the entire point is self governance. That means stepping up if you see a role or responsibility that is going unmet. Sticking your hand out & stamping your foot for big daddy government to solve all your problems is infantile.

Why do they always trash talk going to space as wasting resources that could feed the poor. Not once do I ever hear “imagine all the poor people who could've been fed with the money spent on the No Kings protests or welfare fraud”

Trump is pushing the envelope in the courts. He’s challenging things that have never been challenged before, but should have. Some of those are big things and he’s going to lose some of them. Most of them he’s going to win. Anyone believing that Donald Trump is pursuing a losing litigation strategy is either coping or a retard. @varadmehta
Varad Mehta@varadmehta

Last week SCOTUS heard the case about Trump's policy barring asylum seekers at the border. All indications were that the justices are going to sign off on it. Losing the two biggest cases isn't great, but that's hardly a sign Trump's "grip" on the court is slipping.

Great news for anyone that cares about the environment. Greenpeace, the environmental organization that has stalled clean nuclear energy for half a century finally got what they deserved after all the resulting environmental damage from their existence. - North Dakota District Court Judge James D. Gion issued a final judgment ordering several Greenpeace entities to pay $345 million to Energy Transfer to compensate for their destructive role in the 2016–2017 Dakota Access Pipeline (DAPL) protests. Among those ordered to pay was Greenpeace USA—and because the judgment is larger than its yearly revenues and far exceeds its readily available assets, the case is understandably considered existentialfor that organization.

This is such a stupid cope. The solicitor general making the argument against birthright citizenship repeatedly pointed to contemporaneous debate and jurisprudence at the time of drafting and ratification of the 14th amendment showing that NOBODY at the time believe the language applied to foreigners. And he stated explicitly that both the text itself and the original meaning support the argument that the clause at issue was designed solely to apply to freed slaves and their children. When the author states explicitly during congressional debate that the language does not apply to foreigners or aliens, you can’t glibly claim the current false interpretation was a “problem he didn’t consider.”
Sean T at RCP@SeanTrende

I still think it’s hilarious that with the birthright citizenship MAGA has become living constitutionalists (this is a problem they didn’t consider in 1868!) and lefties have become plain meaning/originalist types.

Iran was trying to use the North Korean model to get a nuke: create sufficient conventional deterrence so you won’t be challenged in acquiring one (it’s called the Seoul Hostage Problem). This has been explained over and over since day one. Everyone claiming shifting goalposts or no imminent threat has been lying. The reason North Korea was allowed to get nukes is because Seoul (and its 10 million inhabitants) is within artillery and rocket range of North Korea. During the 1994 nuclear crisis, the Clinton administration seriously considered airstrikes on North Korea’s Yongbyon reactor but backed off precisely because of the artillery threat to Seoul. Iran was trying to accomplish the same by stockpiling missiles and drones which would have had the same deterrent effect. The proof is what Iran has been doing in the past month: attacking all its neighbors in order to pressure the US to stop attacking it Beyond this, they were building medium-range ballistic missiles that could reach Paris and London, meaning all of Europe could be held hostage as they built a nuclear bomb. The reason Iran has not built a nuclear weapon until now is not because it couldn’t, but because it knew it would be attacked and denied this capability. So by allowing them to continue developing this conventional deterrence, you would be allowing Iran to get a nuclear weapon. And unlike North Korea, Iran is led by an eschatological death cult Reagan saw nuclear mutually assured destruction (MAD) as both morally bankrupt (because of the innocent-body-count problem) and dangerously fragile because it assumed flawless rationality between adversaries…this means it only takes one irrational actor to destroy the world. Working backwards from the conclusion that Iran’s Islamist regime must never have a nuclear weapon, it was necessary for the US to attack Iran to deny it the conventional capacity to hold the entire eastern hemisphere hostage. Every European leader knows this and behind the scenes praises the US for this action. But they are cowards, held hostage by their own internal Muslim populations, and so adopt these ridiculous public positions. This was never about Israel. And if your argument is that Iran should be allowed to get a nuclear weapon then you are a fool and a traitor to western civilization…you’re a useful idiot

It's about time to declare the age of American self-loathing and pessimism officially over. Whether it's from Democrats, Panicans, the Woke Right, Lolbertarians, Podcastistan, or our enemies abroad, we're done with it. Americans can and should love and be proud of the USA! 🇺🇲

Gavin Newsom doubled Medicaid spending, from $94 billion to $197B per year, while his state's population declined by 0.2 percent. It's not "services expanding" and "new programs being launched." It's just billions in fraud—and massive handouts to his union paymasters.

Sometimes I think about what the Woke Right is stealing from us, mostly in terms of opportunities and positivity during what should be a truly exciting moment in history, and I get really pissed. Then I remember the plan was always for them to spoil everything, and they can't.

Ironically, every time we hand out birthright citizenship to some foreign invader who manages to waltz across our border and have a child, it robs actual Americans of our birthright. Which I guess is the whole point.

You know they do that because SCOTUS said Obamacare was not a tax but also a tax and that DACA was legal by EO but not rescindable and they saw Obergefell and Bostock and also how little Masterpiece Cake Shop did to stop Colorado's tyranny? And then they lived through 4 years of Biden creating de facto permanent legal status for millions of migrants while also letting anyone else in anywhere for the sheer lols? You understand this, right? SCOTUS said you can't discriminate on the basis of race against Whites and Asians and all the Democrats immediately said we are most definitely going to keep doing that, and no legal conservative said that was wrong. And SCOTUS said Biden could not forgive student loans and Biden immediately held a press conference saying here are some more ways we will illegally "forgive" student loans. And oh, by the way, the people very clearly voted in favor of Prop 187 and Prop 8 and yet the courts were like, Haha Elections Don't Matter. And the people very clearly voted for Trump and yet the Star Wars judges said you still need unanimous permission from the judiciary to do anything unless it's creating mass entropy. Rule of law keeps going one way and one way only. So that is why they are the way they are.

People in the U.S. don't have children because they're already supporting other people's children with free healthcare, free K-12 public schools, free college scholarships, subsidized housing, welfare, Medicaid, food stamps, and more. Every "childfree" 30something has 5 or 6 young Somali, Central American, or Afghan dependents they'll never meet
Lozzy B 🇦🇺𝕏@TruthFairy131

White/ Europeans don't have children because they can't afford to support them. Migrants have children because White/ Europeans support them. If we didn’t fund migrants we could reduce taxes & afford to have kids again. Remigration now!

Everyone involved in the asylum system knows and understands the claims are all fake: the aliens who make them, the free NGO lawyers who file them, the judges who hear them, the federal officers who process them. Everyone. Everyone knows the real reason these migrants come. Even a small amount of US welfare is 10x what they would earn in their home countries. If they have a “birthright” child it’s enough welfare to support their entire family back home for a lifetime. Entire foreign economies are sustained by US welfare remittances. It’s industrial-scale remittance farming.
Bill Melugin@BillMelugin_

Classic “asylum seeker” here. In such danger and peril that she’s going to wait until Trump leaves office to try to get into the US. 95%+ of the migrants we interviewed at the border from 2021-2024 openly admitted on camera they wanted work/a better life. That’s not asylum.
