Great group supervision session this morning with our ASPIRE cohort, where we discussed the beginnings of 1:1 work. It's a privilege to support the development of these trainee sport psychs, and even more joyful to do it with my friend @Sarahsportpsych.

TeamUK have arrived in Gdańsk for #Euroskills2023! It's a pleasure to support @worldskillsuk as Team Leader and Performance Psychologist. Can't wait to see our competitors do their thing over the next week.

A wonderful 2 days being part of the 'Knowing Me, Knowing You' workshop of the @Sw_EngCoaching Coach 2028. It's a real privilege to be part of this delivery team and judging by this first workshop, this cohort of coaches are going to be brilliant to journey alongside.

A real pleasure to have been involved in @EnglandAthletic Jumps and Throws Conference. Pleased to have played a part in facilitating delegate learning from all the amazing speaker content. Well done to @NickRidgeon and @langleap for organising such a great event. #JTConf23

A great first day at #JTConf23. I attended thought-provoking presentations by @simplysportssci, @Ali_ORiordan and @scholm240. Time to unscramble my brain and get ready to quiz the speakers at our evening Q&A.
