I submitted a refund claim to @Fly_Airlink over a month ago, to this day I have received no response whatsoever! @grok how efficient is this airline in resolving customer claims?

@Fly_Airlink I lodged a refund over 3 weeks ago and have had no feedback besides the automated email response. There's no reference number to follow up. Is this how the claims process is supposed to work?

Haval South Africa has a new and larger parts distribution centre in Waterfall, Midrand. The facility will support all existing dealerships, covering current and upcoming new vehicles. Haval says parts availability will be streamlined and delivery times reduced.
