celebrating small and ongoing win: I lost ~20kgs in 3 months. 1st and 2nd pics - this was me almost a year ago maybe more. I was in the worst shape of my life (120+ kgs). Not mentally nor physically at the best place. I felt like I didn't fit in my clothes. I was in a vicious cycle of eating junk, lazing around, and overall not feeling the best. I thought... enough is enough. I was 120kgs and possibly even slightly above at times. I needed to get a hold of myself or else it's gonna be bad. Towards the end of last year I decided to lock in. Started slow dropped 3 kgs between Nov and Dec 2025. But to me it wasn't enough. I needed to do more. 2026 rolled in and I decided to go all in or go home. Just stuck to the basics - caloric deficit but eat clean. - gym 4-5x a week with cardio to begin and end the session. - cheat meal once in a while to keep me sane. 3rd and 4th pic: this is me now. After 3 months I've dropped almost 20kgs overall.. started off at 117+kgs in January 2026. By the end of March 2026 I'm now at 100 kgs. I'm not done yet. I'm not at the best shape of my life yet. I have still a lot more to do. But I decided I would share my progress at the end of 3 months to the world to keep me accountable but also to celebrate what I've been able to do. I finally feel and look better in the clothes that I own. I feel more confident, I dont see a puffy double chin face, but something more defined. And that's a pretty solid win to me. I'm nowhere near where I want to be. I will keep pushing. It's not going to get easier. check back in with me in 3 more months inshallah I have made even better progress.

quick life update: I have wrapped up my time at @AvailProject after almost 2.5 years with the team. It's been a hell of a ride these past 2.5 years. Right from the pre-mainnet DA days all the way to launching both DA and Nexus mainnet together. Really cool to see everything we've built and achieved as a team. Being part of this team as a DevRel was more than I could ask for. Over the years, we built Avail to be a Top 3 and most cutting-edge DA Layer with multiple rollups on top, and an interop/chain abstraction solution for apps and much more. I remember when I joined the team back in 2023 when it had just split off from Polygon and was trying to find its footing as its own entity and brand, while also trying to be a place where developers would enjoy building on top of. Since then, they've established a great presence in the industry, worked with tier-1 teams, and acquired others. So cool to see this entire growth of pre-mainnet to post-mainnet maturity in the trenches LIVE on a day-to-day basis. During this time I was able to build and execute across multiple vectors: - Build and manage the dev community, including the Governance & Research Forum. - Improving DevEx and relaying user feedback to Product. - Started doubling down and improving my content game, with some of my work reaching 150K+ impressions - Build demos and support integrations for partners. - Rebuild and migrate the docs for improved devex - Led and organized events for Avail during the conference circuit ... and so much more Beyond the work, it's been great getting to know each of my teammates personally. Got to meet some wonderful people along the way and also make some friends. Including but not limited to @prabalbanerjee @anuragarjun @naruto11eth @thunder @christineRPM @ri5hitripathi @vibhu_rajeev @qedk_ @Swetha @alisonclaire @0xabhk @PriyankGupta03 @ScottMilat @kyleArojas @chandlerdkk and a lot more people who I've met and worked with in the past years. Some of them who have moved on since. I'll keep cheering for the team and everything they have planned ahead. As for me, what's next? More info about it coming soon. @Steve_Yegge I've been using these for decades for screen (including emacs in screen), so maybe just brain damage on my part makes it hard to use anything else -- but thought I'd share anyway

@Steve_Yegge highly recommend these tmux settings over the defaults, so C-b is backwards-char as my brain requires. C-\ SPC is also nice for cycling windows imo. set -g prefix 'C-\' bind 'C-\' send-prefix unbind C-b bind Space next-window
