I'm curious. Is it possible for a mother or a father to know if their child will become future rapists or serial murderers? If so, then those parents need to start taking their children to therapy from a very young age, and also as the child grows older, keep the Police watching the child Maybe that will reduce the rate of murders and rapes we have all over the world
