I booked a health checkup for my mother from @Thyrocare for 07 May 8:00 AM. When I couldn't pick up the call of the person coming for the sample collection for a mere 5 minutes, he deleted the appointment and rescheduled it for the next day. Now today, which is the next (01/02)

day i.e., 08 May, the same person didn't bother to come and even inform in advance. Now my mother who is a senior citizen is fasting for the sample and is told that he will come tomorrow on 09/05. Such unprofessionalism from @Thyrocare after paying in advance is horrible. (2/2)
