I’d completely forgotten how deceptively simple but fiendishly difficult these puzzles are. Miss 11 and I found this one at our holiday accomodation and spent hours trying to solve it. Constraint satisfaction at its finest.

@Reza_Zadeh A similar idea: Voters split their vote by delegating (part of) it to others. You can only delegate to someone if you’ve not received voting power from them (even transitively). The DAG is used to compute voting power. Those with non zero power get to vote in proportion to it.

Voting system proposal: everyone votes for as many people as they want, essentially “delegating trust” to them by splitting up their one vote to those they trust. Stationary distribution of resulting directed graph contains importance of people. Pick rank 1 to be leader.
