@dk_dax The problem isn't the profession but the quality of people themselves that get hired. CPA and CFA qualifications are the criteria for selection of candidates. Also, mostly, in interviews, the best candidates are usually the ones with lower scores. The best don't fit the criteria.

Boeing failures were from an engineering standpoint because they started building planes that were unreliable and quality dropped.
