@tickerplus @Claxterix @sama @OpenAIDevs This seems very unlikely or based on fake data. @thsottiaux promised a rate limit reset for every new 1M new Codex users. I don't believe that Codex was downloaded 46M times. Or we would get daily rate limit resets.
