🚨🎙️ Wayne Rooney on Chelsea’s controversial FA Cup Final defeat against Manchester City: “I’ve watched football long enough to know when a team’s been hard done by, and Chelsea were absolutely robbed today. I don’t care who you support, some of those decisions were unbelievable. The first incident on Joao Pedro before halftime is a penalty for me all day long. Khusanov doesn’t go for the ball, he goes straight through the man. Anywhere else on the pitch that’s a foul instantly, so why does it suddenly become ‘not enough contact’ inside the box? Makes no sense. Then in the second half, the one on Caicedo… Doku clearly catches him as he’s driving forward. Chelsea players are surrounding the referee asking for consistency because we’ve seen those given plenty of times this season. VAR had every opportunity to step in and once again nothing happens. And the handball shout? That’s another one people will debate all week. The ball hits O’Reilly’s arm from Enzo’s cross and I honestly don’t know what defenders are supposed to do anymore because we’ve seen penalties given for far less than that. Every week the interpretation changes. What frustrated me most was the reaction from the officials. No urgency, no proper review, no referee going over to the monitor. In a cup final, with moments that big, you have to get them right. Chelsea players looked furious because deep down they probably felt the decisions were never going their way today. Three huge calls, all ignored. That changes games, especially finals. If this happened to Manchester United, Liverpool or Arsenal, everyone would be talking about it for weeks. But because it’s Manchester City on the other side, people seem scared to really question it properly. Chelsea didn’t only lose the final today… they were let down badly by the officiating.”

🚨🎙️Thierry Henry on Chelsea’s denied penalty appeals in the FA Cup Final, SLAMS VAR: 💣🤯 “If those same decisions happen against Manchester City at the other end, people are calling it corruption for a week straight. Chelsea got robbed today. The first one on João Pedro before halftime was a clear penalty for me. Khusanov doesn’t even try to play the ball, he just goes through the back of him. Then in the second half, Doku clips Caicedo driving into the box and somehow VAR still stays quiet. And the handball? We’ve seen those given all season. Enzo’s cross strikes O’Reilly’s arm and suddenly everyone wants to pretend the rules are different in a cup final. That’s three huge moments in one match and Chelsea got nothing from any of them. No proper VAR intervention, no consistency, no urgency from the officials. If Arsenal or Liverpool were treated like that in a final, football wouldn’t stop talking about it for months. Chelsea didn’t just lose the FA Cup today, they were officiated out of it.”

🚨🎙️| Antoine Semenyo: “I won’t lie, Chelsea gave us a much tougher game than Arsenal did in the Carabao Cup final. Their intensity, the pressure, the way they kept fighting until the end… it was completely different. There were moments today where we genuinely struggled to control the game because Chelsea kept coming at us again and again. They made it difficult for us.”

🚨Thierry Henry speaking referee errors in Manchester City vs Chelsea in the first half 🗣“You see, I look at the screen, I see the penalty incidents... I see the challenge from Khusanov on João Pedro and it's a clear penalty and red card ... and I have to tell you, if I speak, I am in big, big trouble. I’m serious

🚨 Eden Hazard on why some people rated him above Neymar: “People always loved comparing me with Neymar two players who enjoyed dribbling, taking risks, and making football fun. I always respected him because his talent was obvious. But I remember one night at Stamford Bridge that changed how I saw myself. We were playing a big match, and from the first minute, their defenders had one plan kick me every time I touched the ball. One tackle came late, then another. After about twenty minutes, one defender looked at me and smiled like he had already won the battle. At halftime, I was angry. My socks were torn, my ankles were sore, and some teammates told me to release the ball quicker. I looked at them and said, ‘No... now I want the ball even more.’ Second half, every attack came through me. I started driving at the same defender again and again. One dribble, then another, then I created the goal that changed the match. After the final whistle, that same defender came to me and said, ‘I’ve never chased someone like that for ninety minutes.’ That night, when journalists asked me about Neymar comparisons, I smiled and said: ‘Neymar can make football look beautiful… I wanted to make it feel impossible for defenders.’” ⚽🔥
