Also not investing in pavements and pedestrian-friendly pathways. Rich Indians don’t walk. Ergo, there is no investment in proper pavements. Pavements are allowed to become parking lots and private space and garden. This is illegal encroachment but there is hardly a squeak from those who scream from rooftops about street vendors and illegal encroachment.
