Another huge mess and @MPSThornton when are you going to actually enforce the PSPO to stop this Group ASB and alcohol consumption? You got new powers; if you aren’t going to use them might as well withdraw the PSPO..

The PSPO is proving totally ineffective! And Parks refused my request to put a mesh bin at this location. Think you need to re-focus as residents are more than sick of these sights.

Another fantastic community @HeathFair event in Thornton Heath. Well done to all the volunteers especially organisers @Suziewoos1 and @tilpot who was sadly missing due to being unwell but with us in spirit! Still time to pop by and pick up a Christmas gift.
