Well folks,we have a broken shoulder blade,can't do anything for it,just needs time to heal, could be 6 weeks.

Selwyn half marathon knocked off! Took over two mins off my PB and under my target time for the race. Been some big weeks 80km+ building up to this race so beyond stoked with my time. Farming and fitness combined.

@Edwinmab1 I've always appreciated how some leaders turn an attack into a good story. @tim_mackle is somewhat of a legend at it.
If we all took a little lesson from him we'd be a lot better off.

Recently I have spoken to two Agriculture/Environmental leaders (one award winning) who have switched off social media. For their wellbeing.
It is a worrying issue. And makes me ponder if some media training is needed.
