@andre_blu @plamen_9 @moreaux_louis Thats the underlying advantage and disavantage of Oracle APEX. The developer have too much control over the markup (templates), and how they can construct any item or region variation on a page. Building that in a supportable manner, means certain things seem hacky.

@plamen_9 @moreaux_louis A fix for everything that shouldn't exist and we as users shouldn't have to worry about #orclapex Will we still see it in 26.1?

I put together a short blog post on what I think is very common pattern in APEX applications - a form, consisting of an item (Text, Select, etc.) and a button. The APEX responsive classes could help build something that is very close, but I'm missing an out-of-the-box functionality that makes the items take all of the remaining space. @plamen_9 There is the item container template you can use to make this easier. We also have some more flex related layout stuff coming in the future.

@Matt_Mulvaney @andre_blu Iris will evolve overtime, I can’t go into detail on specifics though. It is the new default over Vita but it technically is still Vita / UT under the covers.

@Timan25 @andre_blu Is Iris going to be the style to use longer term, or will there be something else coming along to replace it? i.e. will Iris get better and better? or is it an interim style?

The new 'Iris' Theme Style in #orclapex 26.1 will be the default theme style for new apps. Here is what it looks like:

@aSteveParker Kinda crazy still seeing the same Orion theme from 2014 still up and working well.

@andre_blu @Matt_Mulvaney Easiest way to describe it. Take Vita, use the Redwood brand colors, but don't go crazy with all the other Redwood flare. Gets you Iris, it also simplifies theme roller settings, but keeps a clean looking UI that feels fresher.

@shakeeb, in region template Standard (#orclapex 21.2) you can choose heading level (h1-h6). It seems it's always overridden in CSS and set to default header font size:

@mgoricki @shakeeb I was checking this heading level option in #orclapex 24.2 and it has still the same issue. It doesn't matter what heading level you choose, it will always be h1. @shakeeb
