Tuchel consistently said he was going to pick players partly on what he thinks is best for atmosphere. I don’t agree with a few of the picks but the way Maguire and his family have acted because he’s not in the squad is proving why he’s not going

@TheFootyFeed He’s not able to play in a formation that defends on the front foot at half way. He relies on defending his box from deep, which he he is great at, but the team as a whole becomes more defensive as a result.

Slabhead has never let his country down, easy to imagine a scenario where we are goal down and we may score it due to his massive set piece dominance, biggest shocker for me after the season he had. The beginning of the end for Tuchel, scoring an own goal with the fans before the tournament even starts.

The rule allows for ricochet’s touching hands to not be handball if not directly from the goal scorer, like Cesko v Liverpool. This was Mbeumo controlling the ball with his hand. In the current rules, that’s handball and the ref team totally ballsed it up.

Can we be honest, Isak has been a terrible signing. £125m for a striker on course to finish the season with just 4 goals in all competition🫢 We gambled on an injury-prone player and it’s failed spectacularly. At that price, he needed to hit the ground running. If United had signed him, we’d be laughing at them now for it. 'Wait for a full pre-season' is wishful thinking when he’s likely to come back injured from the World Cup anyway. Realistically, you can’t defend this as anything above a 1/10 signing right now.

If flat earthers weren’t already starting out with a severe IQ handicap, this little experiment would unintentionally prove the Earth isn’t flat. On a sphere, the shortest path between two points is a great circle, not a straight line on a flat map. That route curves noticeably northward. The great-circle distance across the Pacific is roughly 4,800 miles. A constant-heading “straight” line on a flat map (a rhumb line) would drag you out to about 13,500 miles. That’s exactly why airliners fly over Alaska on transpacific routes. But if there’s one thing we know for sure about flat Earthers, it’s that nothing will ever change their minds 😭😂🥴
