@maylikesf1 @InspGadgetBlogs Police can use whatever force is required, including kicking punching or running people over etc. It only happens in exceptional circumstances, but it can be done.

@smerkinkones @InspGadgetBlogs 1/Yes, he was still armed and resisting. He has just tried to kill two people and taser only incapacitates for 5 seconds. There is no ban on striking people in the head. It only happens in exceptional circumstances, but it can be done.

@MrCDraws @Kent_Online It only complicates things practically for the arresting officers. They have to transport him to a custody block many miles from where he works. Then they can't interview him as it must be done by someone normally of a higher rank. No conspiracy, just admin difficulties really.
