This drill has went well and other times not so well @SundayShare10 .. I'm sure other people can tweak it to suit, when it does work it can create some really special goals / moments for the players. Also seen it help strikers to improve 1st time finishes / reaction #SundayShare

Here's another one for Sunday! 🎩Rondo "11" Progression ✏️SSG 7v7 ⚽️Creating Overloads Created on @TacticalPad #SundayShare @SundayShare10 🔸The setup for our small-sided game consists of a 7v7 layout that is divided into three zones: two 3v2 zones at the ends and a 2v2 zone in the middle. 🔸In this game, the objective is to advance the ball and score through free play by the attacking team. 🔸The defending players are restricted to their own zone while the attacking players have the freedom to move around. 🔸By utilizing overloads around the defending players, this exercise setup allows attacking players to systematically advance one playing zone at a time. 🔸To make practice sessions more difficult for the attacking team, consider limiting their movement from one zone to another. Question re handicaps. On the old system I never considered myself a single figure golfer until my handicap was at 9.4 I see updates now from people saying they are a single figure golfer off 9.9 - even though they may get 10 shots at home course Shots or index? Thoughts?
