The first time I tried a Tonal, I knew digital resistance was going to be the future for many home gym owners. I got ripped on by every Tom, Dick, and Harry for recommending anything that wasn't free weights. Now, everyone who can afford it is buying Voltra's. My biggest issue with Tonal: the subscription cost...
Brad Mills 🔑⚡️@bradmillscan

@homegymcoop so is the the same tech the tonal uses but just more compact?

Got my results: Classic Hodgkins Lymphoma Likely won't post much about this primarily because cancer posts are always a downer and I want to focus on the positive. Feels too significant for me not to share though. Kinda wild as you never expect it'll happen to you. 🤷‍♂️

Haven’t made videos since Friday… Spent time instead freaking out about a biopsy I’m getting tomorrow in my chest😭 I don’t talk about my health publicly but figured I’d do it because health issues are isolating and they shouldn’t be. Hopefully back to normal by Tuesday!

Musk hired the longtime AI safety researcher and futurist Stuart Russell as an expert witness for the lawsuit against Altman and OpenAI. Russell says his rate is $5,000 an hour and that he spent more than 40 hours preparing for the case. That's $200,000

@ChrSzegedy Some people love to go live in the wild and build fires and hunt their food for fun. Coding is now the equivalent of me learning to paint as a hobby.

@KennethCassel This put down a fun rabbit hole lol Tldr; platinum alloyed iridium is the best you could go without shattering, $10million for per 140kg set. ~7mm. You could fit 2000kg on one bar @ThorBjornsson_ go on, bet you can't

This is true for day to day ai, people that use them as chatbots have more or less reached their usefulness. For people who are still using them for research & discovery - there is still plenty of green grass ahead. The main breakthroughs that I think normies like you will notice will be memory and instant CL

@synthwavedd We need a breakthrough, imo. LLMs have kinda peaked (not saying they can’t get better, but I don’t think current architecture will allow ARC-AGI-3 to be “beaten”, for example). We need continual learning, long context memory (how did Meta get their Llama a 10M context window!?)
