Tip 3: Break big tasks down into chunks. 25-45mins in duration. Then take a break: 🚰 hydration is important. drink water 🙆‍♂️ stretch. Stand, move about ☀️go for a stroll. Or better 🏃‍♀️exercise outdoors on long breaks.

Tip 2: If the task is too big for a 45min session, then write what the outcome will be in that time. Focus on that outcome only and you’re less likely to be distracted.

The simplest yet most effective way to keep focus over distractions when you work: ➡️ Name your current task. Write it on a pad. Describe it in a time tracker. 🎗️Just name it as the Outcome NOT the activity. More tips 👇
