Tulare Lake is making a comeback. Once the largest fresh water lake west of the Mississippi, it was dried in 1899 by diverting waters for ag irrigation. With historic rain and snow, it’s re-emerging. Here’s a few shots from today’s filming in Corcoran, CA.
