@AIRGold_ Cope and Cage are winning, Okada retains, Moxley retains, women’s 4 way it’s a little harder to predict and I think MJF wins in the main event. Love Darby but you can tell defending twice a week since winning has had its toll on him. MJF will capitalize.
@Savageboston@BillSimmons We like Giannis that ain’t the problem, the problem is what the cost of Giannis would be and what it would mean for the Celtics going forward after the trade. Like yeah we’d have Giannis but what’s the point if we trade JB, DW, PP, and like 4 FRPs for him?
@TheDunkCentral@Savageboston Giannis is easily a top 10-top 5 player in the NBA, and we all know the price tag that comes with that level of talent. Celtics don’t want to move core pieces and they definitely don’t want to give up years of draft capital. I just don’t see a deal working out between them.
@TheDunkCentral@Savageboston It’s not that we don’t want him it’s just I don’t see a trade package for Giannis that’s good for both teams long term and I don’t think either gm is cool with being the loser of the trade. We like Giannis he’s definitely an amazing player, but are the Celtics willing to sell?
@ListedLister@A_L_W_podcast@KennyOmegamanX Again it boils down to having and spending money to acquire more money. What deals with major streaming services, deals with several cable channels, or attempts of reaching the really densely populated middle east has Tony actually delivered on for his employees? That’s viewers.
@BOSSportsGordo@ChrisCotillo Probably because he trades all of our favorite players for random team’s scraps and cash considerations. Then he fires Alex Corra for somehow making this sinking ship that’s also on fire, float long enough to get to shore.
John Henry at the Sports Business Awards last night:
"When I arrived in Boston 25 years ago, I was told, 'If you win the World Series in Boston, you'll never have to buy another drink in this town. It doesn't actually work that way.’”

@ListedLister@A_L_W_podcast@KennyOmegamanX Again viewership is money based Kenny Omega doesn’t perform for the global powerhouse, Roman does. AEW doesn’t have almost 70+ years of being the global flagship for the industry, neither does NJPW. If roles were reversed the viewership would probably be about the same.
@timmarcos34@A_L_W_podcast@KennyOmegamanX Quality of matches is subjective, viewership is objective fact. In fact, Cagematch is more tainted as to the “quality” of matches because of its small biased sample size.
@ListedLister@A_L_W_podcast@KennyOmegamanX Viewership ratings can be tainted the actual quality of the matches can’t. Roman performs for the most consumed wrestling program since the 50’s. And even more viewers since Triple H partnered with Netflix as well as global expansion. It’s not more talent, it’s more money.
@KILLTOPARTY Not wanting children is a huge issue because when we are dead and gone, our knowledge, our memory, our photos, our videos, all live through our children. If you want to be remembered and not forgotten, you need to continue the bloodline.
@ringsidenews_ I watch both and I gotta say I watch them both for different reasons. WWE I watch for the characters that’s going to be amazing, Oba, Trick, Evans, Dangelo, etc. and AEW I watch for the actual wrestling. AEW knows how to choreograph wrestling much better than WWE.
WWE is currently in the process of trying to help rebuild the tag team division from within while also looking at the possibility of signing tag teams from other promotions in the near future.
