@witchkingcoop I can understand that frustration lolll.
Apart from people I already know and trust who identify with that term, I am always wary on the online "pagan" spaces because of the running stream of racists who also identify with it.

@Quididityorange ...Christians and Muslims have of their God (simple, not a delimited object, etc) is the description of any one of the many Gods. Not a transcendent unity of them all, but the unity of each irreducible ineffable God.
English

@Quididityorange I don't think "unity + difference merged" is very intelligible. That's just unity.
I'm saying as a Platonic Polytheist of the Proclean type, that there is a multiplicity of Gods beyond difference. The way I like putting it is that most sophisticated description...
English

@Quididityorange For Platonic Polytheists like me, you don't need monotheism to have the absoluteness of divinity.
The Principle of Unity is concrete as each Unit, and is not a unity "above" them. Each Unit qua Unit is absolute.
English

@timmodryoid Also with monotheism you get an idea of the absoluteness of divinity, and it makes sense to predicate of that absoluteness a universality I think.
