@GNRailUK its an absolute disgrace that you pretend to sell 1st class tickets on the non-stop rail service between Cambridge and London. There is NO difference at all with the carriages and almost double the price. Disgraceful and what a horrible customer experience. Shameful.

@British_Airways What happens to the tier point collection period and exisiting tiers while we are not allowed to travel? Are you extending it like @Finnair did which was great for its customers?

@Finnair Heikkoa asiakaskokemusta tarjolla lentokentällä. Oneworld Sapphire asiakas käännytetään Finnairin tyhjästä loungesta "koska remontin takia sisään vain Finnairin lennoilla" mutta vieressä kyltti jossa lukee että pääsy oneworld Sapphire / Emerald. CX fail.
