JB Pritzker cannot say he is defending democracy and at the same time thinks he can select a US Senator because "she has been loyal" . Tammy Duckworth has been offered a cabinet position if JB wins president and then he promised a congressman Tammy's seat. After playing two competitive games Thursday and Friday against Lipscomb, it's likely few expected what happened late Saturday morning and early afternoon for Mississippi State at Dudy Noble Field, a 26-0 win shortened to seven innings by run rule. Getting a couple of runs in the 1st inning on a home run by Noah Sullivan, with the way he's now hitting, was not surprising. Sullivan, who homered a second time, was 3-5 and Drew Wyers, he of the two-homer night on Thursday, also had three hits. Sullivan's six RBI were double the next closest, Jacob Parker and Ace Reese with three. Pitching was handled by starter Duke Stone, Charlie Foster, Dane Burns, and Parker Rhodes, who collectively walked only one and struck out ten. There was some bad news, as Coach Brian O' Connor reported post game that pitcher William Kirk, a transfer from Virginia who sat out last year with an injury, is again out for the season. Aidan Teel is recovering from an illness but was at the ball park today and sat in the dugout. Below are comments from Coach Oak.
