Well that was the most brutal thing I have ever done. 20 MPH winds and torrential rain on the bike and then the sun came out and temp hit 30 degrees on the run. Thank you all so much for your messages and support. Means so much. Finish time was 12.06. Happy! @NHSELRCCG @sacks_jo

Our beloved Maxwell has gone to sleep forever. He was nearly 16. We were all there and he felt our touch and love as he slipped away. Right now as a family we feel broken but we were so lucky to have found him in this universe. He was a gentle, sweet and special soul and he will be with us forever. He changed all our lives. He gave us so much love. He loved me more than I could possibly deserve. Rest well my beautiful beautiful boy. x

Another amazing performance by the @sport_ses U16B today away at arch rivals Oakham, running out 33-7 winners. Brilliant running rugby against tough opposition. They go into the last week of the season 9W- 1L.

It’s 35 years since I started the @NHSGradScheme @_HSMCentre. A decade later @profchrisham appointed me to my first academic role here and I then had the privilege to be Director from 2015-2022. So lovely to celebrate #HSMC50 today with many colleagues & friends across the years.

Yesterday we lost our mother, quite suddenly, but on the background of long term slow deterioration. She was kind, fun, sometimes over-shary (she may have passed that down), and hated the idea of losing her independence. She will be sorely missed ♥️
