@virginmedia @Ofcom Experiencing high latency and packet loss between 8am to 12am EVERY day for last month. Your engineer said everything with my setup is 'perfect'. When will this be finally fixed?

@virginmedia I am sorry but if you look at your own forums you will see many others with latency issues and there are no responses. Maybe you could escalate to 2nd or 3rd line support as passing me onto a forum which is one-sided will not get us anywhere. Your engineers should please dm me.

@virginmedia I have looked at the forums already. Other users post the SAME issue, but NO response from Virgin. I think I will cancel my subscription. Shame as I have been a customer of yours for 23 years!
