Been fighting with @tinacms for quite a bit this morning, and I think I found one of the pain points behind my troubles. Adding site URLs doesn't save optimistically, which makes sense, but I also get no warning about changes made. This feels like an easy UX win.

Do I know anyone using a git-backed CMS in production? Looking at options like Decap and TinaCMS and I'm curious what the tradeoffs are.

Ciara asked me to setup a blog for her... no way I was doing wordpress. Astro + TinaCMS hosted for free on gh-pages. Edits on Tina trigger a git commit which triggers gh actions and a build/publish. github.com/ciarasclassroo… dev.ciarasclassroom.com/blog/

Has anyone used TinaCMS? I’m moving a client away from a popular visual CMS builder utility and so far Tina checks all the boxes. The React utility looks easy to port to Solid.
