Hey @united, been sitting on a plane on Saipan w/ my 74 yr old dad for 8 HRS, waiting & hoping to get to Guam for his med appt today, which has now been rescheduled 4 times. I asked if another plane could come & was told it would "take too long." Guam is a 30min flight away. HELP

@united Sigh. Ok. It is looking extremely unlikely that we will be leaving in 2 minutes. We all want the plane to be safe and I get that these things happen. But I sincerely hope United considers some kind of compensation that is fair for all the passengers on this flight. Thank you.

@tinasablan It is showing me you are scheduled to depart at 2:30 PM. You can of course continue to work with the agents are the airport as they will be able to tell you immediate information. As mentioned, if any additional information appears in our system, we will be sure to update you ^EZ

@united Thank you. I do appreciate the quick reply. And I appreciate that the team is working hard to make sure the plane is safe. I don't understand though why another plane hasn't already been sent by now. Other passengers and I asked about that possibility hours ago

@united I called customer service and at 2:01pm they said we should be departing at 230pm. That's 12 minutes from now. Is that true?
