Had an athlete get hurt today Why? Because he had to do TEN 100 yard sprints in less than 21 seconds with only 45 seconds of rest Literally just hit PRs on jumps & sprints with us last week Why must sports coaches keep being stupid? I would love to know.

If I could only program 3 plyometrics to improve speed, this is what I’d go with… Jumps are one of the simplest and most effective ways to teach athletes how to produce force quickly, redirect it efficiently, and time that effort with precision.
