Best programming advice for Roblox developers just getting started: Don’t comment your code. People will tell you it’s important for future reference and scalability, it’s not. If someone else can understand your code, you’re doomed. If it’s written well, it shouldn’t be. Make your code as obfuscated as possible and turn your codebase into unreadable slop, then you will be truly successful.

@galaxyflute find the markers ok actually though i would recommend Find Everything, it’s a 3d platformer/find the game hybrid and it’s really good, it costs robux bc it’s still in beta but full release is soon i think

@galaxyflute "infinite games but no games" lol. You can still play Pressure, it's up, but if you don't want to, there's nullscape, doors for the doors-like genre.

Gang do you have any ROBLOX games to recommend? Cuz my go too’s were lik, Forsaken, Doom By Fate, Pressure, and Grace and for obvious reasons I’ve since quit all of them. I do also play games like Doors & Die of Death but not as much lol I like one-off horror games/asym’s lol

Day 65 of learning how to script on Roblox! 👀✨ Ever play those obby games where when you fall you don't die, instead you're teleported back to the checkpoint? So... I was recently playing Obby Royale on Roblox and I was thinking about that teleport system and how it could be scripted. Now, the script may look small but it actually took me a bit to figure out with some trial and error 😅 For some reason I was making it overly complicated for myself and thought I needed to use Cframes LOL but then I took a quick trip to devforum and got the answer I needed there! Overall, I'm actually pretty proud of this!! 🥳

@Gastralia150287 Pressure and Doors have a similiar style, but that's because it's a genre, any game of that genre will feel like a doors clone. Pressure is boring and slow if you let it be. I can speedrun the game a bit quickly. For boring, yeah I get bored mid-run, yet I still complete it.

@UrbanshadeRblx basically just find an old rig that doesn't have the new dynamic head, and replicate its properties.

@UrbanshadeRblx - Delete: FaceControl In the head mesh properties - Empty out TextureContent and TextureID, replacing it with "" - Replace MeshContext with "assetdelivery.roblox.com/v1/asset/?id=7…" - Replace MeshId with "assetdelivery.roblox.com/v1/asset/?id=7…" - now add a decal and call it "face" and put desired face there

Has anyone made any APIs, Plugins, whatever that reverts whatever dynamic head is worn back to their classic variants yet? The new faces are so ugly ingame and are pissing me off, and I id like to get rid of them. #RobloxDev
