@pokeloserhailey not to me, but some people love it. i only tried once and almost passed out from pain at 4 am. that ONLY happens with the stimulant ones, so if u really have an issue with feeling full/bloated, it might be something to look into? but if it’s to prevent cals then it does nothing:(
