Updated proposal: Eternl: Path to Sustainability - v2 adastat.net/governances/fb… The previous proposal, “Eternl: Path to Sustainability (2026-2027),” received NO votes from CC members due to a lack of clarity regarding audits. This new proposal is essentially the same as the previous one and adds that clarification. Key differences: - Added clarification on Audit funds spending and oversight metrics, as requested in the CC vote rationales. - Updated Ada to USD conversion rates - Changed FAQ answer: Eternl DRep abstains on this proposal Clarification on FTEs: Our price per FTE is $70,000 (compared to other proposals exceeding $200,000 per FTE). A reasonable lower bound rate. Our 6 FTEs are distributed across 10 people contributing to Eternl in various capacities, most of them part-time. To @AceAlliance_CC We respectfully disagree with Ace Alliance’s conclusion that Article II.7.4 was unmet. The proposal explicitly allocated ₳16,800 to audits and described a concrete oversight framework: funds would be converted to stablecoins and held in a public company wallet, every paid Pro license would be recorded on-chain with metadata, results would be assessed every December and June, Pro-plan earnings reports would be published, and repayment or donation transaction hashes would be made public. That is a substantive audit-and-oversight mechanism, not an absent one. The proposal may not have used the exact phrase “oversight metrics,” but it specified measurable, public data points: license sales, wallet balances, semiannual repayment calculations, earnings reports, and on-chain repayment/donation proofs. Treating the proposal as unconstitutional because those commitments were not repeated under a more formal label elevates wording over substance. At most, this was a clarification request. It was not a constitutional defect. People in the know, please correct if the following understanding is incorrect: **Budget Info Action (BIA)** Threshold: >50% Proposals included in the BIA can POTENTIALLY get funding. The BIA is necessary as per the Constitution. Vote YES on it if you want any SUBSET of included proposals to get funding. **Withdrawal Action** Threshold: >=67% Could be submitted as individual actions. Could be submitted as actions with a subset of proposals from the BIA. The threshold is much higher. DReps can vote NO and block the withdrawal. **Our conclusion** To move the process forward: Vote YES on the BIA even if you don't agree with all the proposals on the list. Vote NO on the specific withdrawal actions of proposals you don't want to see funded.

@NJhouse4989 You still can withdraw rewards until the next hard forks happens in January. After that you need to delegate your voting power to a DRep. In Eternl (the wallet app we created) there is an option under "Voting" > "Blockchain Governance" to delegate to the Eternl DRep.
