With me being the same age as my mom when whe had her heart attack and passed it has been my goal to lose weight and get healthier to live a long life for my wife and 2 boys. Thankfully with the job I started a year ago it gave me the tools to lose that weight and get healthier.

Looks to me like insurance behind two guys who have had injury issues and not wanting to have to run Max Brosmer out there for multiple games and potentially cost themselves the playoffs. If you’re wanting to maximize your chance to win the most games possible this is a smart move.

Dude…. There literally is no future for JJ with the Vikings. The only reason they’re saying “open competition” is to not completely tank JJ’s trade value. Right now they might be able to get a fourth or fifth round pick for JJ McCarthy. If they officially say they’re moving onto Kyler, they’re not gonna get anything more than a sixth or seventh.

This is 1000% what I hoped their mindset would be. Either Kyler or McCarthy are the long term solution or you hit a loaded draft in 2027. This is EXACTLY why I wanted Kyler over Kirk, Geno, or Rodgers.
