@Ganbin1 @Rigidity16 This labelling would be cosmetic only so it can be done by a centralized entity. But so long as the labelling operator is trusted by the community, royalties are effectively culturally enforced.

@Ganbin1 @Rigidity16 The way to "enforce" royalties is for the operators of cooperating marketplaces and wallets to display NFTs suspected of having been through a royalty bypass as "tainted", same as stolen NFTs would be.

I'm unable to reply because I'm blocked, but basically if the maker and taker of an offer both collude and use non-standard software, they can decide to trade without paying royalties.
