@StellantisNA Yesterday, STAR recommended to the service manager that they should COMPLETELY REWIRE THE SUSPENSION SYSTEM because they don't know what's wrong with our vehicle. I've tagged y'all before for refusing to contact us. Keep helping us build a case against you...

@StellantisNA I reached out to your "X" account some time ago about some of the issues we were having with the 2 brand new Jeep Grand Cherokees we purchased in 2023. At this point the 2nd Jeep we purchased has been in the shop at Gary Matthews in Clarksville, TN since January.
