Want to know what happens when the ASSOCIATE at @BestBuy scratches the pin number off your Best Buy gift card? The same gift card you literally just purchased because they have a limit on how many debit gift cards you can use on a purchase but not on Best Buy gift cards!!

@BestBuy I told her that the manager said he couldn't do that because he can't read the pin. The same pin the store associate scratched off the card. And when I asked the manager how any of this helped me make my purchase today, he said, "It doesn't. There is nothing I can do."

@BestBuy So apparently they didn't want that almost $500 dale today When! When I was on the phone, the actual store phone, explaining what happened to the person at "Lost and Damaged Cards" the first option she gave me was that the store could refund me..

@BestBuy The associate said "Oh it's no big deal, they will just transfer the amount to a new card." The manager was quite rude. "You have to call to get the card replaced. I can't do it, they won't talk to me." I never had the card in my hand and it is my fault!! It was nearly $200!

You, the customer, have to call and get the card replaced which takes 10 days!! So they screwed up and the customer is the one who has to jump through hoops!! Even asked that they just refund the money...they can't do that either since they can't access the pin number.

Congrats to Boys XC on 5th Place team finish at J-Hawk Invite. Jonah Garcia 7th & Peter Maculan 12th. 5 of top 7 improve by over 1 minute from last year. Ian Torrisi (Fr) took home 16th place medal in his first ever XC race in the Open! Excellent showing fellas! #KnightTime
