@DHucks6 A decent manager gets this team top 10. Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard. The players aren’t even working hard because they’ve lost faith/confidence in manning. Change the manager and watch the results change immediately

Manning is playing 1 system. There is no deviation. Even when losing it’s the same patterns. We have totally nullified the best striker in the league.
For an immediate change, Manning has to go first.

Having watched that game today, Knapper 1000000% needs to go. That Norwich squad is absolutely dire and the blame rests with him. Not one shred of creativity and every single player barring Sargent in that squad is bang average or worse.

Chants for Knapper out, and I get it, but if we sack Knapper and not Manning, nothing changes until Manning goes.

@DanieIEmery I like Wright, he’s an ok player, but he cannot hold a candle to the players he has replaced. The squad has continually gone backwards, year on year since he’s been in position. I think both have to go in all honesty.

@DanieIEmery Manning is part of the problem, but sacking him does little to change things. Under Knapper, Norwich have lost Sara, Núñez, Sainz, Rowe and Giannoulis, among others, and none of the replacements have been anywhere near their standard. For example, Schlupp and Marcondes. Hideous.

@tmoffi94 Knapper, ultimately, is to blame for appointing him in the first place, but the lack of creativity is down to Manning.
We had plenty of creativity and one of the best attacks in the league under JHT. Manning's style meant that he wanted physical players over creativity.

@JoshBUFC Yes we’ll still make hard work of it, two non-league teams last year and managed pens in one and a last-minute equaliser and last minute extra time winner in the other. Our defence will absolutely shit itself vs Tamworth’s long throw-in if they still have him 😂
